1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LockDrain Pro website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

LockDrain Pro provides the following services:

• Emergency and non-emergency locksmith services
• Lock installation, repair, and replacement
• Key cutting and duplication
• Security system installation and consultation
• Drain cleaning and unblocking services
• CCTV drain inspections
• Preventative drainage maintenance

3. Service Availability

Our services are available throughout Belgium. Emergency services are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Response times vary based on location and current demand. We strive to provide accurate time estimates but cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Belgian VAT unless stated otherwise
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
• Commercial clients may request payment terms with approved credit
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month

5. Emergency Service Surcharges

Additional charges apply for emergency/out-of-hours services:

• After 6 PM and weekends: +25% surcharge
• Night service (10 PM - 6 AM): +50% surcharge
• Public holidays: +75% surcharge

6. Cancellations

• Non-emergency appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a €50 cancellation fee
• Emergency call-outs that are cancelled after our technician has been dispatched may incur the full call-out charge

7. Warranty & Guarantees

• All workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of service
• Hardware and parts are covered by manufacturer warranties
• Guarantees do not cover damage due to misuse, vandalism, or normal wear and tear
• Drain cleaning services are guaranteed against the same blockage for 30 days

8. Liability

• We carry comprehensive liability insurance for all services provided
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services
• Customers must provide accurate information about their property and any existing issues

9. Access & Safety

• Customers must provide safe access to work areas
• Pets and children should be kept away from work areas during service
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe
• Customers must inform us of any known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of LockDrain Pro and is protected by Belgian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

• You may use our website for lawful purposes only
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time
